Back To Basic
On Monday evenings some of the more advanced dancers go to class early to help the beginners learn the dances, but this helps us as well. Because we all think we know the dances we have been doing for years. But when you go back to doing the walk-through with the beginners sometimes you realise that you have changed your version on that dance over the years. So helping the beginners is like going back to school ,because we get a refresh in doing the dance correctly.
The Beginners Class
The beginners had two new dances this week The first is called Cheap Talk Choreographer:
Gaye Teather (UK) Aug 2012 this is one of those dances toe heel toe kick coastal step. on both sides which is a step up in their dancing which there all copied well. the other is Fly Like A Dove

The Advance Class
The class learned two new dances on Monday,the first was called Modern Romance
Choreographer: Kate Sala (Jan 2015) The dance is OK there is just an odd middle section which everyone struggle with. I will put the dance up along with the dance sheet and you make your own minds up. The other Dance called One More Day Choreographer:
Julia Wetzel - Jan, 2015I love the music to this dance, but you need to count your way through the dance because the timing is tricky.
