New Dances For All
Good morning this is a relatively short blog. This is all about the new dances both Classes did last night. The Beginner's class learnt 2 new dances this is the first time they have learnt two dances and reviewed another in in one night and they coped well. The first of their new dances was called Places which isn't hard for Intermediate or advanced dancers, but for beginners it was a good challenge, they coped well.
Next they reviewed Red Molly. I think these is a nice little dance. Again to the more experience dancer it's not to challenge but for a beginner not so easy. But this it is line Dancing. We all learn new dances all the time.
The third dance was the hardest mainly because it's directional the dance is called Buffalo Tales. this did cause some problems. But the more times they do the dance the better the dance will come. See the walk-through below.
Beginners Class
| Buffalo Tales | Red Molly| Places | Vertical Expression | Memphis Love | Cheap Talk | Waltz Across Texas | Back And Forth | Sea Cruise | Piano Man | Something In The Water |
The Advanced Class
The beginners weren't the only class that was work really hard, the advance class also had three new dances. The first was Over Getting Over A nice dance I love the song, it's my type of music.
The second new dance was Skip The Line (we actually did this last week but no one remember it.) This week it went better. Some weeks are like that. This is one of those dances, side touch heel hook type dance. the music it nice not sure of the dance.

The last dance we did was by far the hardest dance we have done in a while. The dance is called Girl Crush. I will put the first section of the script so you can see what I mean.

the way through the step sheet there is the “a” count. This is an extra step because the way the
music is (6/8 time) You have to get 6 counts
into four beats of music. When you go to the
walk-through (follow the link) you will see what I mean.
This is as really nice dance to a
good lovely song and very cleverly choreographed
